Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.
∎ Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
∎ Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.
∎ Keep Information confidential. uses basic office equipment (photocopy machine, a barcode printer, and a barcode scanner).
∎ Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.
∎ Completes additional assigned tasks as required by the team leader.
∎ Need to count physical pages as per company requirements.
