Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Statistics, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MIS
∎ The ideal candidate will have an educational background in any/multiple areas of Statistics, computer science/software development or MIS.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Data Analysis, Data Analytics, Project Manager (Software)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Retail Store, Chain shop, Super store, E-commerce
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the tech product development and launch with active participation in data management, analytics and reporting.
∎ Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources
∎ Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide new innovative idea, reporting & new product idea to the management.
∎ Provide sales, business development & customer insights to drive the sales of the shop and develop the day to day business
∎ Lead the existing software development firm and verify the outputs as per the agreement
∎ Preserve and maintain the existing database and find new datapoint to fulfil the data requirement
∎ Feed-in and interpret the software development firm with new business insights and bring out the result as per company requirement.
∎ Ensure smooth operation with software
∎ Participate in business team meetings and find the new data point need and feed the management with new data dimension to improve the business
∎ Challenge the operations and finance team with the new business analytics and guide them with the data
∎ Actively participate and join in data management consultants meeting and coaching event and use the learnings for internal growth and opportunities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency with some data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, SPSS, Minitab, Tableau, Google Analytics will add value.
∎ Some Programming Experience is a plus (e.g. Python/R or any other)
∎ Results-oriented & target driven.
∎ Good team player.
∎ Good project mgt. skills.
∎ DOER/Hands-on.
∎ Good in follow up & monitoring, attentive to details
∎ Believes in social mission/woman empowerment.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 80000 - 100000 (Monthly)
∎ Our yearly budget has probation of 80k - 100k BDT monthly salary for the said role but we are open to discuss with a highly interested qualified guy. (If you think you can create a better impact than this, don`t bother about the salary range, let`s talk. We want leaders in Apon who can gain seats in the leadership team). 2 festival bonus, communication allowance, health insurance and other admissible benefits are there as well with having the delicious in house lunch facilities.
