Job Context:
∎ Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
∎ Ensure on time customer service maintaining customer log
∎ Effectively manage and lead service team members to execute customer service efficiently and effectively
∎ Train the service team on continuous basis
∎ Ensure compliance management at service level and train the service team on compliance
∎ Maintaining daily forecast of work and organize using the available resources
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating with top management & officials on a daily basis & complete assigned task.
∎ Coordinating Admin and HR related work, keeping records etc.
∎ Coordinating and assisting all follow up works instructed by MD.
∎ Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and emailing.
∎ Maintain office security by following safety procedures and maintenance of access entry device (monitor logbook of visitors etc.)
∎ Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries to recipients
∎ Track office supplies and orders replacements as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
