Responsibilities & Context: We’re Hiring: Customer Support Executives (BPO Operations)
Location: Shymoli, Dhaka
GSiTech Solutions & Consultancy is expanding! We operate in two key areas:
- BPO Operations (Customer Support & Contact Center Services)
- Cybersecurity & AI Vertical
We are hiring Customer Support Executives to join our BPO Operations team, handling international client communication and delivering world-class customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage customer communication via Calls, Chat & Email
- Provide accurate service information and guidance
- Maintain a friendly, professional, solution-oriented tone
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Log customer issues, feedback, and improvements
Shift Schedule:
- Day Shift: 09:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work Days: 6 days/week
