Responsibilities & Context:

We’re Hiring: Customer Support Executives (BPO Operations)

Location: Shymoli, Dhaka

GSiTech Solutions & Consultancy is expanding! We operate in two key areas:

  • BPO Operations (Customer Support & Contact Center Services)
  • Cybersecurity & AI Vertical

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to join our BPO Operations team, handling international client communication and delivering world-class customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage customer communication via Calls, Chat & Email
  • Provide accurate service information and guidance
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, solution-oriented tone
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Log customer issues, feedback, and improvements

Shift Schedule:

  • Day Shift: 09:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Work Days: 6 days/week
