Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times;
∎ Responding professionally to customer inquiries & acknowledge and resolve customer complaints;
∎ Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media;
∎ Communicating with customers through various channels;
∎ Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions;
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints;
∎ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process;
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
∎ Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information & place or cancel orders;
∎ Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem, selecting and
∎ explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure
∎ resolution;
∎ Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments;
∎ Recommend potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs;
∎ Prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information;
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming calls & identify and assess customers need to achieve satisfaction;
∎ Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication;
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
∎ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure
∎ resolution;
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents;
∎ Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information;
∎ Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Lab and Diagnostics.
∎ Employee who have experienced as a Customer
∎ Service Officer in Hospital/ Diagnostics / Hotel &
∎ Resort will be added an advantage.
