Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain online communication including social media. Such as answering queries on FB/Instagram/YouTube (Inbox, Comments).
∎ Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction on product query
∎ Respond to customer inquiries regarding product quality, complaints and feedbacks
∎ Responsible for making outbound and follow-up calls
∎ Performing phone survey when required
∎ Obtaining client information, managing and updating customer database about the status of each customer
∎ Develop weekly report on-Customer Queries, Insights, Feedback, Service Requests etc.
∎ Maintaining high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 23 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Skill Requirement:
∎ Proficient in English and Bangla
∎ Candidate must have computer Literacy-Proficient in MS EXCEL, MS WORD, Email and Text messaging
∎ Mandatory familiarity with Facebook, Instagram messaging and YouTube query management
∎ **Candidate must not be employed in any other organization

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
