∎ Candidate who have Medical Equipment Manufacture Industry Experience will get preference
∎ Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in Customer Relationship Officer
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong knowledge of Products and the Hospital management will be an added advantage.
∎ Smart looking and bright grooming
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Sale our services to foreign and local clients
∎ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.
∎ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
∎ Maintain and update customer records and databases.
