Responsibilities & Context:

1. ক্লাইন্ট এর সঙ্গে নিরবিচ্ছিন্ন যোগাযোগ রাখতে হবে (phone & online)
2. ক্লাইন্ট এর সকল প্রকার query নিয়ে কাজ করতে হবে।
3. কম্পিউটার এ পারদর্শী হতে হবে ।
4. কোম্পানির সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে ক্লাইন্ট দের অবগত করতে হবে।
5. ফোন কল রিসিভ, ইমেইল অনুসন্ধান এবং গ্রাহকের সকল অভিযোগ সঠিকভাবে গ্রহণ এবং সমাধান করতে হবে।
6. ফ্লাইট, হোটেল বুকিং এবং গাড়ি ভাড়া সহ সকল ভ্রমণ প্যাকেজ গ্রাহকদের অবগত করতে হবে।
7. গ্রাহকের অনুসন্ধানের সাথে মিল রেখে, গ্রাহকের প্রত্যাশা পূরণে সচেষ্ট থাকতে হবে।
8. কোম্পানির বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা পূরণ করতে সচেষ্ট থাকতে হবে।
