∎ Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.

∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer questions over phone about products and service or the company. Reply email with proper answer.
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
∎ Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
∎ Accurately record-keeping of customers' queries and needs.
∎ Processing all customer purchases accordingly or Directing prospects to the field sales team when needed.
∎ Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
∎ Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
∎ Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
∎ Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
∎ Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
∎ Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
∎ Trouble ticket creation, follow up with internal stakeholders, and update to the client periodically

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience as Help Desk representative and telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
∎ Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
∎ Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
∎ Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects customers
∎ Excellent knowledge of English communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
∎ Capable to work with team & under pressure. Flexible mind to do roster duty and compromise beyond the office time.

Salary: Tk. 14000 - 15000 (Monthly)
