Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitors, prioritizes and responds to intrusion alerts by alerting security personnel or other relevant emergency services.
∎ Receives and screens incoming calls for law enforcement, fire, medical or other emergency services
∎ Enters information into computer-aided dispatch system.
∎ Manage and operates two-way communications equipment to alert personnel designated as per the SOP.
∎ Coordinates emergency requests, relaying instructions to closest and most suitable teams available.
∎ Interprets coded audible or visible signals received on alarm signal board by direct wire or register tape from customers' premises that indicate opening and closing of protected premises, progress of security guard, unlawful intrusions, or fire.
∎ Reports irregular/ abnormal signals for corrective action.
∎ Prepares daily alarm activity and customer service reports.
∎ Adjusts/ troubleshoots central station equipment to ensure uninterrupted service.
∎ Monitors silent alarm systems, remote cameras, and other systems used to detect illegal entry and maintain security.
∎ Archives old footage, switches videotapes, compact disc, memory cards, hard drives and servers
∎ Reports illegal instances or incidences which goes against SOP, Client's instruction, Company policy, advising the appropriate authority in a timely manner
∎ Facilitates playback of CCTV footage as required.
∎ Enters information on the Customer database concerning new accounts or updates/changes on existing accounts sent by the Electronic Security & Integrated Systems Business Unit.
∎ Provides Customer information to QRT Team who conduct site visits, ensuring accuracy in locating customer's addresses for future emergency response calls.
∎ Tests central station communications, alarm equipment's and backup systems to ensure uninterrupted service and reports any malfunctions.
∎ Tests communication and alarm equipment and backup systems to ensure serviceability.
∎ Monitors and controls the movement of customer and company keys left in possession; the movement of wireless units and access to the secured office area.
∎ Performs all other duties assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Salary: Tk. 13000 - 15000 (Monthly)
