∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Center, Customer Care, Customer Support through Phone, eCommerce Operation, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Online (web email) Support
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Confirm appointment booking through phone calls and online messages.
∎ Provide excellent client service to enhance clients experience.
∎ To inform them about new products and services.
∎ To listen to objections and handle them effectively.
∎ Respond to client inquiries via online messages and over the phone.
∎ Initiate sale, process the sale, follow up.
∎ Will be responsible to achieve targets monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly basis.
∎ Need to provide excellent client service and gives precise information to the client, ensuring client satisfaction.
∎ Identify client needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Perform every call and Social media support actively to solve the client's problem.
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (Social media), email, web chat and any desk software.
∎ Ensure Service Delivery through follow-up process & updating documentations.
∎ Report time to time to the manager for complicated issues.
∎ Sense of responsibility and Achieve the daily target.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
∎ Must be fluent in English communication.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
