∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Front Desk, Front Desk Management, Receptionist/ Front Desk

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management of the Front Desk Office.
∎ Welcome all clients, visitors, and guests into the front office in a professional manner.
∎ Communicate with clients, visitors, and guests to identify their needs, record it, reply with utmost care and forward to the relevant team.
∎ Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained with a view of the image of the company.
∎ To be responsible for receiving phone calls, emails, letters, messages, documents, and dispatch them to concerned authority by keeping records.
∎ Ensure all other systems are in place and well- functioning, e.g., Management of Intercom, PABX, Internet, etc.
∎ Regularly checking, replying and forwarding to client emails & social media engagements to relevant teams.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction to the highest level.
∎ Maintain records and other documentation.
∎ Daily and monthly report of customer care.
∎ Cooperate with colleagues and ensure fast support to customers.
∎ Maintain good relationship with valuable customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Customer Care executive/Receptionist/Front Office Representative or similar role
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google products, social media and other IT tools
∎ Professional attitude and appearance
∎ Solid English in written and verbal communication skills
∎ Ability to take initiatives, to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize & execute tasks
∎ Customer care attitude

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
