Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. or Diploma Engineer - Mechanical/ Electrical/ Power Technology.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Center, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Received customer calls, analysis the requirement and forward the same to the concern department.
∎ Daily basis regular call to customer for making them in touch.
∎ Handle mobile apps for service calls.
∎ Handle SAP software for global service operation with principal.
∎ Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
∎ Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these to the concern department.
∎ Perform any other related jobs assigned by the management as and when required.
∎ Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
∎ Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently after that ensure customer satisfactory by return call.
∎ Keeping updated data with proper population list.
∎ Reporting to the manager weekly, monthly, annually.
∎ Perform any other related jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Language proficiency in English
∎ Computer Operation ability for the above job.
Salary: Negotiable
