Job Context:
∎ As a customer relationship manager , your primary responsibility is to ensure that the company maintains a positive relationship with its customers. This includes both potential customers (prospects) and existing customers.
∎ Developing and implementing customer retention strategies: This involves creating and executing plans to keep existing customers engaged with the company and its products. This could include loyalty programs, special offers, and other initiatives to keep customers coming back.
∎ Providing excellent customer service: You`ll be responsible for ensuring that customers have a positive experience when interacting with the company. This could involve responding to customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues, and providing guidance and support to customers.
∎ Managing customer data: You`ll need to keep track of customer data, such as purchase history, preferences, and contact information. This will help you to tailor your communication and marketing efforts to the specific needs and interests of each customer.
∎ Analyzing customer feedback: You`ll need to collect and analyze customer feedback, such as surveys and reviews, to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address customer concerns.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems
∎ Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel
∎ Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers
∎ Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers
∎ Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
∎ Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs
∎ Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics
∎ Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers
∎ Review and select CRM software that meets our company’s needs
∎ Conduct market research to follow trends and competition

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Perfect pronunciation skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Vast knowledge about automotive industry in Bangladesh.Car enthusiasts are priority.
∎ Communication skill focused on customer satisfaction.
