Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Decode client briefs with planners and copywriters and construct design briefs that suit the client's objectives.
∎ Research and plan creative approach.
∎ Conceptualize ideas and stories.
∎ Develop interactive digital contents in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Create logos, icons, mnemonics, emoticons, sticker design, illustrations, etc.
∎ Tell visual stories across all digital platforms.
∎ Facilitate and contribute to production projects.
∎ Suggest visualization strategies based on insights.
∎ Actively learn about storytelling, advertising and design.
∎ Handle difficult situations with empathy, composure, and presence of mind.
∎ Ensure team members meet the quality and timeline expectations.
∎ Senior Visualizers manage a team of 3-5 visualizers and junior designers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong conceptual thinking abilities.
∎ Proven skills in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator.
∎ Proficiency in using basic productivity and collaboration tools.
∎ Basic understanding of and curiosity about advertising, branding & digital media.
∎ Ability to produce quality work under pressure.
∎ Ability to learn quickly and curiosity to pick up new skills.
∎ Professionalism, integrity, commitment and dedication.
∎ Great attitude and a lack of ego.
∎ Photography and video editing skills will be an added advantage.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary based on assessment & experience.
6-month probation period.
