Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Creative flair, versatility, deep knowledge of typography, and good creative and visual concept.
∎ Acute brand sensibility, and proven design skills, along with a solid portfolio.
∎ Ability to create designs reflecting our brand and driving the brand association.
∎ Solid knowledge about standard social media posts/banners.
∎ Technical skills to ensure that all files are either print-ready or optimized for the web.
∎ Up-to-date with industry-leading softwares, and technologies (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
∎ Comfort with working in a start-up environment with a good culture.
∎ Knowing how to choose, use, combine, and mix different colors smartly.
∎ To be smart, have a strong work ethic along with a strong learning mindset.
∎ Ability to listen, empathize, and keep patient in different working situations.
∎ Ability to follow brand guidelines with attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
∎ Skills Required: Advertising Promotion Photo editing, Creative Design, Graphics Design, Image processing, motion graphics, Photo Retouch, visual designer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interpret the brand team's concepts into standard designs that will give an effective user experience.
∎ Produce and manage designs regarding online marketing, brand campaign, and product images.
∎ Design, manage and publish compelling and consistent creative assets for different digital platforms, including social media.
∎ Ensure the best quality of photographs/images (in terms of copyright issues, optimization, typography, resolution, size, color contrast, etc.)
∎ Design standard marketing collaterals like social media banners/images, logo, pad, cover, brochure, catalog, etc., as per the requirement of the brand team.
∎ Review and ensure that all files are either print-ready or optimized for the web.
∎ Ensure that all graphics are developed, delivered, and published on time across all digital platforms.
∎ Work allocation: Social media images/infographics design: 50%, other brand collaterals design: 20%, social media posting work: 20%, and other related works: 10%

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Grasp of online marketing channels like social networking, photo sharing, and streaming platforms.
∎ Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS and experience with motion (After Effect, Premiere Pro).

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
