Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a creative designer to join our team and help us create engaging and eye-catching visuals for our clients. You will be responsible for developing brand identity, presenting visual concepts, communicating with clients and team members, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You should have a strong portfolio of design work, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
∎ You will work with product managers and engineers to understand the requirements and specifications of each project. You will also create wireframes, mockups, prototypes etc. to communicate your design ideas and concepts.
∎ You will collaborate with other designers and developers to create engaging and attractive user interfaces for desktop and mobile platforms. You will also conduct user research and testing to evaluate your designs` usability and performance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design user interfaces, user experiences, graphics, icons, logos etc. for web and mobile applications using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch etc.
∎ Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand the requirements and specifications of each project and deliver high-quality design solutions.
∎ Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes etc. to communicate your design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and users.
∎ Conduct user research and testing to evaluate your designs' usability and performance and incorporate feedback into your design iterations.
∎ Maintain brand identity and design standards across all software products
∎ Stay updated on current design trends and best practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have good communication skills
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
