Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for aspirants capable to printmaking, digital art, drawing, painting, etc. As part of the team, you will work in areas of marketing and advertising to create various materials, such as brochures, that provide information about a company's offerings. Will design the materials using paper sketches and digital illustration software, follow the process from concept to rough layout to prototype to completed project.
∎ Produce Design Concepts: Initialize a project by coming up with a general concept and presenting the idea with a rough layout that might include sketches or digital illustrations.
∎ Work in collaboration with managers, engineers, artists and other designers to evaluate the credibility of the design and to provide solutions for possible issues relating to the actual production of this design.
∎ Assist with Prototype Development: Conceptualize visuals based on requirements. Will collaborate with a team to ensure that the prototype is created within project specifications and expectations.
∎ Coordinate Services of Outside Vendors: will be responsible for finding vendors to work with and coordinate with those 3rd parties to get the finished product.
∎ Study design briefs and determine requirements.
∎ Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
∎ Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
∎ Test graphics across various media.
∎ Amend designs after feedback
∎ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Photography and relevant training with be an advantage.
∎ Presenting concept visualization through sketches, drawings and illustrations.
∎ Using graphic design and other relevant software (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, Coreldraw, etc.).
∎ Overseeing design changes and improvements throughout the development process.
∎ Integrating technical and visual solutions into a design concept.
∎ Understanding trends within the scope of the industry they are working in.
∎ Possess an understanding of advertising campaigns.
∎ Creative art, especially visual art whose products are to be appreciated primarily or solely for their imaginative, aesthetic, or intellectual content.
∎ Candidates must be dynamic in thinking and hard working.
∎ Willing to learn new technology.
∎ Must be polite and should have good interpersonal communication skill.
∎ Must be good both in Bengali and English.
