Job Context:
∎ Jakson International Limited (JIL) is the Bangladesh unit of Jakson Group. It is the authorized country distributor of Cummins Diesel & Gas Gensets. It is also the exclusive partner for Cummins Marine Engines and Gensets in Bangladesh. In addition, it is the country distributor for Hyster Material Handling Equipment, Cummins Alternators and Valvoline Lubricants.
∎ JIL is looking for the right person who will take care of Bangladesh Business Operation of Jakson.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop business plan aligned with the vision and mission of the organization.
∎ Establish an annual budget plan, monitor earnings and expenditures, ensure financial transactions are in accord with legal and the company's regulations
∎ Understand the local market and competitive environment, together with a global executive team and local leadership to deploy the country level sales plan, develop annual/quarterly/monthly business plan and solution for Bangladesh business.
∎ Implement business strategies through the Vertical Managers for infrastructure and resources and maintain Key Account Relationships at the business level.
∎ Monitor the business KPIs and drives actions for improvement.
∎ Plan to develop new business for organizational growth.
∎ Review market trends, analyze competitors' activities and evolves business plans to increase market share.
∎ Identify and create business opportunities in targeted territories, develop and expand the business network in the existing and potential market.
∎ Ensure the performance of team to achieve the business goal on time with proper leadership in overcoming all the obstacles.
∎ Lead and motivate, empower the sales team through open communication, performance review, prompt and appropriate feedback, coaching and effective training for subordinates.
∎ Maintain a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities and motivates the high performance among the team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 50 to 59 years
∎ Good Communication Skills in English.
∎ Experience of managing business of renowned Diesel and Gas Gensets.
∎ Knowledge of principles and methods regarding business development.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability to manage a mixed geographical team.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and people management.
Salary: Negotiable
