Job Context:
∎ Jakson International Limited (JIL) is the Bangladesh unit of Jakson Group. It is the authorized country distributor of Cummins Diesel & Gas Gensets. It is also the exclusive partner for Cummins Marine Engines and Gensets in Bangladesh. In addition, it is the country distributor for Hyster Material Handling Equipment, Cummins Alternators and Valvoline Lubricants.
∎ JIL is looking for the right person who will look after Bangladesh Business Operation of Jakson.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deeply understand the local market and competitive environment, together with a global executive team and local leadership to deploy the country level sales plan, develop annual/quarterly/monthly business plan and solution for Bangladesh business.
∎ Implement annual sales plan, assign sales quota to sales individuals, participate in key account contract negotiation and manage prices of product and service.
∎ Maintain and develop professional sales relationships with existing channel partners, assign a yearly sales target to the partners, perform quarterly business metrics review.
∎ Identify and create business opportunities in targeted territories, develop and expand the business network in the existing and potential market.
∎ Map out and implement marketing promotion strategy for Bangladesh business, manage marketing activities for existing and potential market.
∎ Leverage the internal and external resource, conduct various marketing campaigns and activities to increase brand exposure and awareness in the market.
∎ Lead and motivate, empower the sales team through open communication, performance review, prompt and appropriate feedback, coaching and effective training for subordinates.
∎ Establish an annual budget plan, monitor and control costs, and expenditure, ensure financial transactions are in accord with both the company and related regulations.
∎ Cooperate with other functions to ensure the processes consistently improve customer experience and satisfaction.
∎ Create & sustain a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities and motivates the high performance among the team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Good Communication Skills.
∎ Knowledge of principles and methods regarding sales & marketing, business operation.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability to manage a mixed geographical team.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Overseas candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Salary: Negotiable
