∎ The DBL Industries PLC in Ethiopia seeks a talented and aspiring candidate who would join our team and meaningfully contribute to the efforts to reach the organization`s goal.
∎
∎ The Position is responsible for the business performance of DBL Industries PLC. He will be monitoring the overall Marketing, Business Development, Production, QC and Supply Chain, Finance & Accounts and HR Management of DBL Industries PLC. He shall suggest different business strategies to Board of Directors to assure the accomplishment of DBL Industries PLC`s mission and vision.
∎ Job Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as the Country Manager and Business Head of DBL Industries PLC
∎ Working closely with the Board of Directors, establish key performance indicators to facilitate the monitoring of production performance for the areas under his control
∎ Review Planning and Production performance of the Factory In-charge on a regular basis
∎ Maintain close liaison with Head of Business Units
∎ Ensure compliance of all social and ethical standards
∎ Investigate the reasons for material deviations from production targets and take steps for the removal of bottlenecks and the solution of problems leading to sub-optimal performance
∎ Interact government /regulatory authorities agencies for matters relating to labor affairs, factory inspections, customs, etc.
∎ Interact with international development organizations for doing social and environment related programs at factory
∎ Responsible for overall profit and loss of DBL Industries PLC
∎ Write and submit reports to the Group Managing Director and Board in all matters of importance

Additional Requirements:
∎ 15-20 years of experience form RMG/Textile Industries out of which 3-4 years in similar role
∎ Strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
∎ Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
∎ Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure/ERP and MS Office
∎ Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
∎ Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
