Job Context:
∎ Jakson International Limited (JIL) is the Bangladesh unit of Jakson Group. It is the authorized country distributor of Cummins Diesel & Gas Gensets. It is also the exclusive partner for Cummins Marine Engines and Gensets in Bangladesh. In addition, it is the country distributor for Hyster Material Handling Equipment, Cummins Alternators and Valvoline Lubricants.
∎ JIL is looking for the right person who will oversee total Bangladesh Business Operation of Jakson.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop business plan and strategies for all products of Jakson International Ltd. aligning with mission and vision of organization.
∎ Ensure the organizational core values are maintained in every step of business and throughout the operation.
∎ Establish an annual budget plan, monitor earnings and outflows, ensure financial transactions are in accord with legal and the company's regulations.
∎ Analyze the local market and competitive environment to deploy the country level sales plan, operational plan and effective solution for Bangladesh business.
∎ Design & implement competitive strategies for sales improvement and develop as well as expand market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets.
∎ Monitor clients' portfolio performance, conducting profitability analysis, rendering sustained advisory services for securing high ROI and increasing retention levels.
∎ Explore business potential, opportunities & clientele to secure profitable business volumes and corresponding with internal & external clients on a daily basis to address and resolve issues.
∎ Maintain a strong networking with advisors resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share.
∎ Build & maintain healthy business relationship with major clients, subcontractors, channel partners and ensure the customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms.
∎ Lead, monitor and motivate the team to uphold performance with integrity in every business.
∎ Create & sustain a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities and motivates the high performance among the team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 50 to 59 years
∎ Good Communication Skills in English.
∎ Experience in managing business of renowned Gensets.
∎ Knowledge of principles and methods regarding sales & marketing, business operation.
∎ Proven track record of handling Sales & Service team.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability to manage a mixed geographical team.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and people management.
