∎ Looking for fresh / experienced and passionate Counselor who is interested in working with our talented and creative Team. It is one of the largest upcoming online training portal in Bangladesh; provide online training on freelancing courses and skill development all over the country and will create a digital market place for freelancer based in Australia.
∎ Dhaka (Mirpur 6, Malibag) and Chattogram (GEC Circle)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Consult with prospective students to process their admission
∎ Generate sales leads
∎ Identify and assess student needs to achieve satisfaction
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with students through open and interactive communication
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
∎ Handle student complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
∎ Keep records of student interactions, process students accounts and file documents
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
∎ Prepare job cards according to Student service requirements.
∎ Ensure regular communication and follow up with Students.
∎ Collect and analyze Student feedback to ensure better service.
∎ Monitor students query in the online system and communicate with them accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well Groomed and well-dressed personality
∎ Must show your Politeness and the best behavior.
∎ Confident enough to work under pressure and
∎ Talk with the Visitor face to face and also over telephone
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
