Responsibilities & Context:

A Dhaka-based large business conglomerate seeks to appoint a Coordinator to support the functioning and coordination works for the Office of the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Key Responsibilities as follows:

  • Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the COO, business teams, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication

  • Administrative Support: Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and meeting materials

  • Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel to optimize productivity

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and relevant data

  • Sales Coordination: Support function heads in tracking sales targets and identifying improvements

  • Order Processing: Ensure accurate and timely order processing, coordinating with logistics and operations

  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences for sales strategies.

  • Collaboration: Align activities across Marketing, Operations, and Finance for seamless execution.

  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute internal events for the Building Material Division.

  • Reporting: Generate regular sales, feedback, and activity reports for the COO
