Minimum 5 years of proven teaching experience in a reputed institution.
At least 2 years of experience as Coordinator/Academic Leader/Similar role in English Medium/ English Version School.
Excellent leadership, communication, and classroom management skills.
Sound knowledge of curriculum planning, assessment systems, and academic policies.
Strong IT proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, Online Teaching Platforms, Digital Class Tools).
Ability to coordinate teachers, students, and guardians effectively.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, supervising, and monitoring academic and administrative activities.
Ensure the implementation of school policies, curriculum, and teaching strategies.
Support teachers in lesson planning, effective pedagogy, and use of ICT in classrooms.
Maintain proper discipline, time management, and coordination among students, teachers, and parents.
Contribute to examinations, competitions, events, and other co-curricular activities.
Work closely with the Principal/Vice Principal for continuous improvement of teaching-learning standards.
