Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Content Writer. The position in charge will produce high-quality content that engages customers and beneficiaries and builds brand recognition.
∎ The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator in English and Bangla, has brilliant writing and presentation skills.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Write excellent, informative, and interesting social media posts, press releases’ notes, articles, newsletters, and relevant marketing materials.
∎ Editing, proofreading, and copywriting large amount of texts.
∎ Having good hold over presentation skills, represent the organization at events, and present in front of large groups.
∎ Prepare detailed monthly-yearly marketing/promotional activity reports.
∎ Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials for new products, launches, events, and promotions to build loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensure all communications, online & offline, are up to date.
∎ Work with different departments of the school to generate new ideas and strategies.
∎ Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready.
∎ Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.
∎ Write and deliver internal-external newsletter on a monthly basis
∎ Reach out to influencers, media and beyond in order to arrange story placement on a national and global level.
∎ Monitors, reviews, and analyses comments and conversations on OIS’s social media sites and also on external social media, such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. to identify insights, emerging trends, risks and impact on OIS looking for opportunities for engagement. Liaises and consults with colleagues for appropriate actions.
∎ Taking initiatives and perform other assigned administrative, comparable, or transient duties, which are within the area of knowledge and skills required by this job description.
∎ All work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established as part of the annual performance planning process or as the result.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Prior experience in content management work is advantageous.
∎ Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
∎ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
∎ Up to date on industry trends and able to stay ahead of the curve
∎ Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently
∎ Meets professional obligations through efficient work habits such as: meeting deadlines, honouring schedules, coordinating.
∎ Can maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues, Line Manager and administrators.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
