Pre-School Teacher (English Version)

Position Overview: Daffodil International School (English Version), Dhanmondi is seeking a caring, energetic, and qualified Pre-School Teacher to join its academic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for nurturing young learners in a safe, engaging, and child-friendly environment. The teacher will focus on developing students’ foundational skills in English, including early reading, writing, speaking, and listening, while supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the pre-school curriculum (English Version).

• Create a joyful and interactive classroom environment that promotes active learning through play-based and activity-based methods.

• Teach basic literacy and numeracy skills, phonics, storytelling, rhymes, and creative activities.

• Monitor and assess students’ progress through observation, class activities, and simple assessments.

• Provide individual attention and support to students who require additional guidance.

• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students’ progress and development.

• Organize and participate in school events, cultural programs, and co-curricular activities suitable for pre-school learners.

• Maintain classroom discipline in a positive and nurturing manner.

• Ensure proper classroom management, safety, and cleanliness standards.

• Maintain accurate academic and behavioral records and submit reports on time.
