Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the development of graphic design jobs for PPE products using graphical design software (i.e., Illustrator/Photoshop/advanced ADOBE/ Corel packages)
∎ Work closely with the Product Development & Pattern making teams
∎ Creating Design layouts consisting of Type (text), images, color works etc.
∎ Researching latest graphic directions in the market and competitor activities
∎ Assembling seasonal forecasts, in coordination with the design & product development personnel, and creating designs to feed the demand
∎ Investigate and establish trends that will define and mark the season with the Prints & Graphics Unit.
∎ Development of positional, rotary and graphic illustrations.
∎ Drawing of colorful models and choice for the presentation of the collection.
∎ Development of technical specifications and coordination patterns.
∎ Bring creativity and out of the box thinking to the brands.
∎ Be aware of competitor product ranges and graphic / print design trends.
∎ Research and deliver product ideas to the Head of Department and the rest of the Prints and Graphics team.
∎ Keep Head of Department and wider team updated on global consumer and product trends and how they relate to the specific brand(s).
∎ Work with other graphic and fashion designers to maintain specific brand identities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having expertise in e-marketing will be given preference.
∎ Must have good creativity to carry out various graphic design works for local/international Brands
∎ The applicant will need to demonstrate broad experience in graphic art, have design and desktop publishing skills and transference to print
∎ Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Corel Draw is required
∎ A very good knowledge of graphic design functions related to global fashion industries is a must
∎ Proficiency in working on Visual arts, Typography, Printmaking, Chromatics etc.
∎ Solid sense of creating artwork designs from briefs ensuring they reflect targeted market profiles
∎ Skill in character and brand design is desired
∎ The incumbent should be particularly creative and skilled using Design software as well as in freehand sketching, have ability to interpret ideas
∎ and briefs into finished product reflecting initiative and creativity of design
∎ Ability to understand the concepts and trends of global fashion industries
∎ Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken, is essential
∎ Strong hand drawing skills.
