∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Mass Communication & Journalism, Master of Arts (MA) in English, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Service Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Understanding of HTML and the ability to make simple website updates, troubleshoot issues, and work collaboratively with web developers.
∎ Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles to create user-friendly and visually appealing digital assets.
∎ Basic design skills to create or modify visuals for social media posts, ads, and other digital content.
∎ The ability to work to strict deadlines without compromising on work quality
∎ The ability to work within allocated resources
∎ 3+ years of experience in content creation, content writing and digital marketing
∎ Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media
∎ Strong project management skills
∎ Portfolio of published articles
∎ Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
∎ Proficient in Zoom, MS Teams, Skype, and/or other online meeting and live-streaming platforms
∎ Newsletter designing
∎ Immediate joining (maximum within 15 days of confirmation) is preferable

∎ Working closely with colleagues in sales and IT to ensure all activity is integrated
∎ Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
