Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Graduation in Computer Science, Marketing, English, Journalism or relevant field

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Website Content Management (Design and prepare content for different pages and classes). Researching and sourcing content for the Company's website.
∎ Writing, Editing and Proofreading Content.
∎ Supervise, Check and Monitor Video Classes and its Content.
∎ Review Course content.
∎ Review Question paper as per Company's Original Copy.
∎ Review competitors' trends and provide reports to Shikkha Sheba Team & Follow-up.
∎ Identify customers' needs and recommend new topics.
∎ R&D on different Learning Management System (LMS) and suggest the best to Shikkha Sheba team.
∎ Plan Digital Marketing.
∎ Analyze user data.
∎ Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts. Concept development and implement the ideas through creative presentation.
∎ Any other job assigned by Shikkha Sheba Team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in Content Editing, Content Writing, or a similar position in the Marketing Department will get preference.
∎ A Portfolio of the Published Content will carry an added advantage.
∎ Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization Guidelines. (Specially with SEO and Keyword research).
∎ Experience working with a Content Management System such as WordPress, Joomla, Wix, etc.
∎ Outstanding Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
∎ Excellent Problem-solving Skills.
∎ Strong Organizational and Interpersonal Skills.
∎ Ability to work in a Team or Individually as and when required.
∎ Time Management Skills.
∎ Ability to Pay Attention to Details.
∎ Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks Effectively.
∎ Strong Work Ethics.
