Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide care for Medicine patients;
∎ Respond to patients' medical problems by referring to their history, carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counseling and referral, where necessary.
∎ Collect, record and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history and reports.
∎ To develop and maintain collaborative professional relationships with medical colleagues in other specialties and participate in regular clinical meetings and other professional activities.
∎ To provide advice and take over the care, where appropriate, of patients
∎ To participate in the development of the adult medicine protocols and guidelines.
∎ To be accountable for improving and complying with infection control practices.
∎ To see all cases in the designated OPD in the hospital and also as per the decision of the hospital management.
∎ To advise all test in the laboratory and diagnostic imaging.
∎ To advise treatment using Medicine from diagnostic pharmacy and Physiotherapist from diagnostics approved Physiotherapist.
∎ Standard treatment guidelines should be followed as far as possible.
∎ To give advice on call through telephone in case of any medical emergencies
∎ Check and verify medical records
∎ Provide medical support to employee of the organization
∎ Support to arrange Medical and health awareness training within the employee.
∎ Advice any matter related to medical ground.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 years' experience in a similar role in Hospital/Diagnostics Center
∎ Interpersonal skills
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Influencing skills
