Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidate must have knowledge and practical experience in design and developing accounting systems, strategic planning, financial reporting, internal control, risk Management and process development.
∎ In-depth understanding of local and international financial regulations and compliance requirements.
∎ Hands-on experience in labor law, IR, LTA, and remuneration management.
∎ Capable to lead /proper guidance to the F&A team -practicing proper accounting system, ensure compliance with financial records, & reporting as per international standards and regulations.
∎ Candidate must have knowledge and practical experience in design and developing accounting systems, strategic planning, financial reporting, internal control, risk Management and process development.
∎ In-depth understanding of local and international financial regulations and compliance requirements.
