Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering from any reputed university with exceptional track record may be considered as an ideal candidate.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent to be responsible for:
∎ Will regularly have to be at BEZA site, planning, coordinating and supervising workers, machinery and create an organized plan and execution within a tight deadline.
∎ Maintain regular contact with the Project Management Department and Supply Chain Department to ensure timely ordering of required materials/resources/manpower.
∎ Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
∎ Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
∎ Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed.
∎ Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
∎ Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
∎ Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans.
∎ Give regular feasibility feedback based on cash flow forecasting received from Project Management.
∎ Resolve inter-party disputes.
∎ Perform field test & maintain proper documentation of all test results.
∎ Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
∎ Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
∎ Develop and implement quality control programs.
∎ Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
∎ Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
∎ Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
∎ Any other assignment/job not detailed herein & felt conductive by Management as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
∎ Good knowledge & conception of structural design.
∎ Should have the good knowledge of STAADPro, ETABS, Connection design & Auto CAD, etc.
∎ Have expertise in estimation and tender preparation.
∎ Good communication skill and fluent in English.
