∎ HSC/Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year Experience in Publication/Coaching Field
∎ Skilled on MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point), Internet Browsing and must have very fast typing speed Both in English & Bangla Minimum 45 per minute in English & in Bengali minimum 35 per minute.
∎ Proficient in Bangla/English speaking, writing, report preparation etc.
∎ Must be active, creative and should be capable to work under pressure
∎ At least 2 years' experience in Graphics Design, preferably in Coaching or Publication. People with no experience in Graphics design are discouraged to apply
∎ Creative Design capability using Adobe Creative Suite - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effect for Social Media Posts & Banner, Brochures, Leaflets, Logo, etc.
∎ Extensive capability in Photo Editing, Correction & Clipping Path
∎ Monitor Social Media queries & reply promptly
∎ Upload content for Company to the social media channels
∎ Monitor current Social Media strategy of the organizations as well as the competitors & update organization's strategy to increase traffic accordingly
∎ Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
∎ Ability to work with a minimum of supervision
