Additional Requirements:

• Must have good Bangla and English typing skills.• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and PDF document formatting.• Ability to work under deadlines and maintain document accuracy.• Knowledge of translation, documentation and visa-related paperwork will be an advantage.• Honest, responsible and willing to learn.• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Translate documents from Bangla to English and English to Bangla.

• Prepare, edit and format documents using Microsoft Word and PDF tools.

• Assist in Translation, Notary, Affidavit, Source of Fund and Student Visa Documentation.

• Scan, print and organize office documents.

• Maintain client records and update document status.

• Perform data entry and internet-based research when required.

• Upload and manage files through email, Google Drive and online portals.

• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
