∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Good typing speed in both Bangla (Bijoy) and English (Minimum 35 WPM).
∎ Proficiency in operating Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Word, and Excel programs.
∎ Dedication to daily task completion with accuracy and efficiency.
∎ Skill in Internet Browsing and email correspondence.
∎ Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word), photoshop & illustrator.
∎ Ability to type a minimum speed of 20-25 words per minute in Bengali and 30-40 words in English.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in international business, Trading, Custom clearing & forwarding, negotiate with authority and finalize, Customs/Bank/LC/Freight Forwarding/ C&F/ Supply Chain etc. of Commercial Department of the company.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operation of basic office equipment such as photocopy machine, Barcode Printer, Barcode Scanner.
∎ Maintain close coordination with co-workers and regularly update information.
∎ Maintain Data Entry, Data Processing as Regulation, Data Analysis, Reporting in ERP based software.
∎ Review all documents and information for accuracy, promptly reporting errors or inconsistencies to the supervisor.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
