∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Certification from Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Company Secretary

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange all Board Meeting resolutions, AGM and EGM
∎ Prepare and disburse meeting agendas and meeting minutes to the concern person on behalf of Managing Director's
∎ Prepare Memorandum an Article of Association and required forms to approve new company from government
∎ Appoint Directors of the company
∎ Change Directors of the company
∎ Update and maintain all types of company licenses and records e.g. Trade License, Factory License, Fire License, IRC, ERC etc.
∎ Liaison with regulatory authorities & different external bodies such as FBCCI, BOI, RAJJUK, RJSC, NBR, DoE, BIDA, Law Enforcement Agencies, Local Municipality, Commercial Chambers etc.
∎ Responsible for registration of Trademark, Patent and Design related activities of the company
∎ Filling of various documents/returns as required under the provisions of the Company Law and any other law of the land

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
