Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, support and promote communication goals with the FES Bangladesh team - Identify target audience and create strategies to effectively reach and engage them
∎ Manage and edit social media in close cooperation with the team and under the supervision of the Resident Representative
∎ Develop and disseminate public relations materials that increase FES's visibility
∎ Prepare and organize events from a communication perspective together with FES team members - Assist to draft and create content of the FES' website
∎ Work closely with the FES Resident Representative and team to develop and strengthen internal communication tools
∎ Support the FES Resident Representative in reviewing texts and creating content related material
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong presentation and communication (oral and written) skills in English and Bangla - Good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
∎ Excellent creative and critical thinking skills
∎ Experience in creating targeted communication content
∎ Experience in web design and content production is a plus
∎ Demonstrated ability to use social media channels effectively
∎ Skills in copywriting and editing is a plus
∎ An enthusiastic and positive attitude that will help you gain the trust of colleagues and external parties alike
