Responsibilities & Context:
∎ US-Bangla Airlines, the largest private airline in the country, is looking for some creative Commis Chefs for its Flight Catering Section. You should be passionate about cooking and be inspired to prepare delicious food items that go beyond our customers' expectations. To be successful in this role you must be well-versed in the culinary arts and adhere to strict standards of hygiene and cleanliness.Assisting chefs in cooking as per standard recipe. Preparing basic dishes, salads and sauces as per standard recipe. Processing and marinating meats and fishes. Performing basic food preparation tasks, which include washing, peeling, and cutting fruit and vegetables. Keeping utensils and other kitchen equipment ready beforehand. Maintaining Food Safety and Hygiene and other compliance Guidelines. Performing essential cleaning duties and ensuring workplace cleanliness. Any other responsibilities assigned by the superior. Guiding the work of Catering Assistant.
