Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting chefs in cooking as per standard recipe.
∎ Preparing basic dishes, salads and sauces as per standard recipe.
∎ Processing and marinating meats and fishes.
∎ Performing basic food preparation tasks, which include washing, peeling, and cutting fruit and vegetables.
∎ Keeping utensils and other kitchen equipment ready beforehand.
∎ Maintaining Food Safety and Hygiene and other compliance Guidelines.
∎ Performing essential cleaning duties and ensuring workplace cleanliness.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the superior.
∎ Guiding the work of Catering Assistant.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Training in Food and Beverage Preparation

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 23000 (Monthly)
