∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree preferably in Management or Business Studies; Additional Master's degree will be preferred

Job Context:
∎ Location: Position is based in Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka. However, local traveling will be required.
∎ Office Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Thoroughly familiar with requirements of international shipping documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, air waybill/ bill of lading, and export license, including consignee information, INCOTERMS, Harmonized tariff code and nomenclature, country of origin, customs value export classification.
∎ Skilled enough to facilitate & coordinate overall activities of Commercial Department (Import & Export) and should have knowledge about applicable local custom duties & taxes on imports.
∎ Responsible for preparation & submission of monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the management for necessary action.
∎ Develop senior-level relationships with procurement departments of customers.
∎ Maintaining strong relations with personnel at government offices, inspection companies, banks, etc.
∎ Risk assessments, terms and conditions review of RFQ/Tenders/Contract/Agreement/PO.
∎ Taking a lead role in Solving/Negotiating commercial issues/claim disputes that may arise.
∎ Follow up the payment realization & disbursement of funds.
∎ Periodically communicate regulatory changes impacting customs compliance within the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5+ years of experience in the Commercial and Supply Chain fields
∎ Ability to prepare and review complex business documents
∎ Excellent project leadership skills
∎ Strong computer skills including ability to prepare detailed spreadsheets
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
