Educational Requirements:

∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The responsibilities of the Commercial Manager include but are not limited to the descriptions below:
∎ Monitor overall activities of the export and import, avail government incentives and coordinate with banks, other departments, outside parties, government offices.
∎ Manage L/C related work which include - corresponding with vendors, opening L/C and its amendment, monitoring shipment, document requirement formalities and custom clearing.
∎ Responsible for all Custom clearance of Imported/Exported materials, In-bond, Ex-bond and Inter bond operation with BB/cash LC, FOC process independently.
∎ Vast knowledge of customs bond license audit, renewal and bond limit (one time/yearly) as per company requirement.
∎ Familiar with custom rules, import policies, & SROs and import related web
∎ portals.
∎ Preserve, maintain and deliver all sort of import/Export documentation.
∎ Maintain liaison with customs, C&F and other related Government officials.
∎ Maintain critical liaison with supplier, Port Authority, Shipping agent, Bank and Insurance Company.
∎ Maintain in / out flow of payment (L/Cs, TT etc).
∎ Maintain Time & Action plan, proper record of all LC, payment etc.
∎ Co-operates with suppliers (Local & Foreign) for shipment schedule and timely shipment-related information.
∎ To carry out any other jobs as assigned by the Management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Must be able to work independently and have sufficient knowledge about the Customs Bond, VAT and Tax rules related to Import, Import policies and SROs.
∎ Must be well conversed in scrutinizing the Import L/C terms & conditions.
∎ Basic understanding on duty structures, foreign exchange guidelines, with
∎ relation to import activities and basic shipping terms.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
∎ Proficient in MS Excel/Software usage to deliver reports and presentation as per requirement from Management
∎ Good analytical skills
∎
