Responsibilities & Context:
Work Hours & Location
Office hours are from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Preference will be given to candidates residing near Lalmatia Sunrise Plaza (close to Dhanmondi Govt. Boys’ School).
Core Responsibilities
Coordinate with online teachers to ensure the smooth delivery of lecture content.
Organize and manage both live and recorded higher study sessions with instructors and invited guests.
Arrange and oversee English proficiency classes.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues during live sessions, including those related to multimedia devices, computer browsers, and streaming applications (e.g., Streamyard).
Assist students in accessing online classes and learning resources.
Maintain accurate daily logs and prepare comprehensive weekly reports.
Gather and compile feedback from both participants and instructors.
Communicate daily updates and key information to management.
Lead and supervise a team comprising trainers, interns, and campus ambassadors.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries on social media platforms, including Facebook page comments, messages, and YouTube comments.
