Work Hours & Location

• Office hours are from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Preference will be given to candidates residing near Lalmatia Sunrise Plaza (close to Dhanmondi Govt. Boys’ School).

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate with online teachers to ensure the smooth delivery of lecture content.

• Organize and manage both live and recorded higher study sessions with instructors and invited guests.

• Arrange and oversee English proficiency classes.

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues during live sessions, including those related to multimedia devices, computer browsers, and streaming applications (e.g., Streamyard).

• Assist students in accessing online classes and learning resources.

• Maintain accurate daily logs and prepare comprehensive weekly reports.

• Gather and compile feedback from both participants and instructors.

• Communicate daily updates and key information to management.

• Lead and supervise a team comprising trainers, interns, and campus ambassadors.

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries on social media platforms, including Facebook page comments, messages, and YouTube comments.
