∎ Maintain a high level of knowledge about Our Company
∎ Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
∎ Greet and Welcome Clients
∎ Answer questions and address complaints
∎ Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
∎ Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
∎ Check, sort and forward emails
∎ Keep updated records and files
∎ Take up other duties as assigned by Management
∎ Assist Managers, and Stake holder and other staff when needed
∎ Must have excellent Multi-Tasking/ organizational Skills
∎ Must have experience of organizing meeting and Handling
∎ Arrange all kinds of inhouse event
∎ Coordinate with Marketing and Sales team
∎ Coordinate with administrative tasks
∎ Uphold a professional image, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence.
