∎ Minimum HSC or equivalent

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check cleaning equipment condition.
∎ Coordinate and liaise with different department at residence.
∎ Implement work plans.
∎ Monitoring external cleaning of swimming pool, pond, aquarium, pet house, garden, road etc.
∎ Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace.
∎ Handle complaints and feedback from coworkers.
∎ Handle assignment of tasks when needed.
∎ Identify training needs for all cleaning staff.
∎ Inspect work done by cleaners daily.
∎ Supervise daily and weekly scheduled and assigned jobs, provide ongoing support and assistance to teams
∎ Take action if jobs are unassigned to complete or immediate action to fix issues.
∎ Solve operational problems and make decisions.
∎ Submit daily cleanliness report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
