- ঝাড়ু দেওয়া, ভ্যাকুয়াম করা ও মেঝে পলিশ করা এবং টয়লেট পরিষ্কার রাখা।
- ফটোকপি করা।
- অফিসের ডেস্ক, কম্পিউটার, আসবাবপত্র এবং অন্যান্য সম্পদ পরিষ্কার রাখা।
- নথিপত্র ও ডকুমেন্ট অফিসের একস্থান থেকে অন্যস্থানে পৌঁছে দেওয়া।
- অর্পিত যে কোনো দায়িত্ব অত্যন্ত যত্ন এবং সততার সাথে সঠিকভাবে পালন করা।
