Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle incoming inquiries (via phone, emails, live-chats, portals) from members/providers/customers pertaining to eligibility status, benefits entitlement, benefits exclusions, providers network, status of approval for Guarantee of Payment (GOP) request and status of approval for reimbursement claims as well as any matters pertaining to the medical benefit scheme.
∎ Investigate, trouble shoot and resolve issues raised by members/providers/customers in a timely manner based on the Company's agreed Service Level and Standard.
∎ Receive, review and process requests for GL from members and providers in accordance with regulatory and corporate requirements in a timely manner based on the Company's agreed Service Level and Standard .
∎ Review and adjudicate Final bills and issuance of Final Guarantee Letters in accordance with regulatory and corporate requirements in a timely manner based on the Company's agreed Service Level and Standard.
∎ Review, investigate and follow-through Exceptions Listing of out-patient claims of Panel Providers.
∎ Assist, support and facilitate the Medical Advisor/ Claims Manager in performing any other related duties.
∎ Receive, review and process Reimbursement claims submitted by members on a timely manner based on the Company's agreed Service Level and Standard.
∎ Prepare and report on Operations service level and performance.
∎ Any other tasks and responsibilities that is assigned by Supervisor / Medical Advisor / Claims Manager.
∎ Must be willing to work on shift 24/7, 365 days operation on roster basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1 or 2-years' experience in Life Insurance or related industry will be considered as added advantage but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Positive attitude with excellent communication skills and good personality.
∎ Ambition to pursue a long-term career in Employee's Medical Benefit Management and Health Insurance Claims Administration.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and ability to influence through effective communication, confidence and sincerity.
∎ Ability to deliver on-time, plan and execute effectively, manage critical situations, adapt and deliver under stress.
∎ Fluent in written and spoken versions of both English and Bengali.
∎ Computer skills: Word, Excel, Live Chat.
∎ Self-motivated, independent and customer focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
∎ Processing of GOP and claim requests as per TAT
∎ Adherence to set performance measures (Service quality, SOP)
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
