∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, Structural Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly schedule/plan for execution of utility services/facilities at AMBU
∎ Prepare budget and BOQ for execution of works
∎ Supervise the on-going infrastructural development works and ensure their timely completion
∎ Monitor the progress of works and prepare daily reports for top management.
∎ Assign proper job to subordinates and guide them for quality and timely delivery of services.
∎ Ensure quality of works through conducting tests.
∎ Maintain inventory for required construction materials/spare parts of equipment for providing uninterrupted support.
∎ Organize weekly/monthly meeting for reviewing problems/progress of the works.
∎ Assist the superiors in day to day activities to maintain deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicants must have experience in Design software: STAAD PRO and ETABS with minimum 6 (Six) years experience in relevant jobs
∎ Leadership skills
∎ Sound Interpersonal Skills
