∎ Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AutoCAD, Civil Engineering, Construction Building, Planning and organizing, Project Management, Risk Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Developer, Engineering Firms, Interior Design, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the project target and set the working plan to manage the parts of construction projects.
∎ Overseeing construction work as per design with the required material.
∎ Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that every work/activity is followed correctly.
∎ Ensure supervising of contracted staff.
∎ Providing project packages that meet agreed specifications, budgets, or timescales.
∎ Liaising with Consultants, subcontractors, and other labourers to complete the overall project.
∎ Assist management by providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
∎ Preparing site reports regularly, submitting them to control, and filling in other paperwork.
∎ Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials.
∎ Any other task advised by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in Auto CAD, drawing & design.
∎ Fundamental computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills.
Salary: Negotiable
