∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD Designing, Civil 3D, Civil Construction works, Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering and Architecture, paper industries, Structural Design Drawing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction works, Civil Engineering, paper industries
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Paper, Real Estate, Technical Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding of basic civil functions e.g. civil working drawing, site preparation, ground leveling, soil testing, pile work, form work, foundation, building construction, implementing large construction projects etc.
∎ Physical Inspection of the Project Area.
∎ Budget Preparation, Preparation of Bill & BOQ.
∎ Distribution of works to Contractor's manpower & Cleaning and proper stacking of materials.
∎ Introduction of projects to clients
∎ Preparation of Technical Drawing
∎ Technical clarification in details
∎ Cost estimation of modification works through CSD
∎ Optimal use of materials by ensuring effective management & Wastage control.
∎ Wastage Minimization/Reuse Materials/Transfer unused materials to other projects.
∎ Sale of unused materials for revenue generation.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping and safety security in the project area.
∎ Ensure safety guideline to workers.
∎ Prepare Purchase Requisition and Material Receiving Report
∎ Physical verification of materials & Regularly testing of materials.
∎ Detailed Scheduling of works
∎ Report to Management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have 01 Year Prior Experience in Paper Mill Civil Construction Work.

Salary: Negotiable
